Fascias, Soffits & Guttering

Clad Over
Lancelot would take down old guttering ,remove any loose materials ,Secure any loose boards that are beneath the fascia with nails, We will then start by fitting the Eaves Protectors (see below), 9mm Clad Over Fascia Boards to cover existing fascia's , Soffits to the size required, then we will fit the guttering and downpipe, Job Complete, No special cleaning or maintenance is required other than for appearance,Warm soapy water to be used for cleaning.
Full Replacement
Lancelot will remove all exisiting materials that may have been rotten or damaged away from the rafters, leaving the rafters exposed, We will start by fitting the Eves Protectors (see below) , 16mm PVCu Fascias, Soffits to the size required, then we will fit the guttering and downpipe , Job Complete , No special cleaning or maintenance is required other than for appearance, Warm soapy water to be used for cleaning.
Eaves Protectors
Lancelot will fit these as standard,which will prevent damage to the roofing felt or in replacing damaged or worn roofing felt to your property, our experienced fitters will install them by taking off the 1st row of tiles from your roof and placing the Eaves Protector resting on the rafters and positioned underneath the roofing felt,and replace the tiles back to the original position this will allow the rain water to run freely in to your New Guttering.
Soffits
To finish the job to the highest quailty The PVCu soffit boards also known as Flat Boards are fixed to the underside of the timber rafter ends. The back of the soffit board rests on the top of the wall and is clipped down to stop the wind from lifting the board. The soffit board comes in different sizes and colors as required.
Guttering
Guttering can be provided to suite your property, Guttering and Downpipes are essential and provide a very important role of keeping rainwater from running down the side of your house and causing damage to your property. You can choose the style from square to round or different colors as required.
