With a variety of roofline styles to choose from, we’re sure we have the right fit for your home. Fascias, soffits and gutterings are made to measure and come in a range of colours and finishes from White, Golden Oak, Rosewood, Mahogany or Black. Why not have your uPVC fascias, soffits and gutterings installed by our experienced team at Lancelot Windows and Conservatories Ltd.
We make sure your new roofline is fitted professionally, which is why we ensure the old guttering is removed, securing any loose boards that are beneath the fascia with nails. We then start by fitting the Eaves Protectors (see below), 9mm Clad Over Fascia Boards to cover existing fascias and soffits to the size required. The next process is to then fit the guttering and downpipe for a complete job. No special cleaning or maintenance is required other than for appearance.
Lancelot will remove all existing materials that may have been rotten or damaged away from the rafters, leaving the rafters exposed. We will start by fitting the Eaves Protectors (see below), 16mm uPVC fascias and soffits to the size required and then we will fit the guttering and downpipe for a beautiful job. Just a wipe with a cloth with some warm soapy water will keep them looking brand new.
Eaves Protectors are fitted as standard to ensure any damage is prevented to the roofing felt. Our experienced fitters will install them by taking off the first row of tiles from your roof and placing the Eaves Protector resting on the rafters and positioned underneath the roofing felt. We then take special care in replacing the tiles back to the original position to allow the rain water to run freely into your new Guttering.
To finish the job to the highest quality our uPVC Soffit boards, also known as Flat Boards, are fixed to the underside of the timber rafter ends. The back of the Soffit board rests on the top of the wall and is clipped down to stop the wind from lifting the board. The Soffit board comes in different sizes and colours as required.
Guttering can be provided to suit your property. Guttering and downpipes are essential and provide a very important role of keeping rainwater from running down the side of your house and causing damage to your property. You can choose a style from square to round and from a variety of colours.
